Edit.bin En/Decrypter
Just a little tool for de/encrypting the edit.bin file.
I included a c# dll file, so you can use it in your own app.

note:
1. you need write permissions for decrypting files
2. I don’t know anything about the edit files,
so maybe there are bugs.
